Job Description

Role:

Work on Windows 10,11 and Asset & IT Applications tools.
Managing servers, networks, Saas tools and security related applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to hardware development and testing.
Conduct testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
Raise the ticket at the vendor portal and follow up with the vendor until the Issue is resolved.
Work with external vendors to source components and materials for hardware development.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures.
Ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented.

Skills:

Working knowledge of Excel (Windows Scripting - Good to have)
Good understanding of formatting and Windows installation.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate data and ideas in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

B-Tech/BCA/B.Sc - Any Graduation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
