Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for answering/placing technical support calls and abide by the prescribed norms.

* Escalate appropriate issues to Tier 2

*Aptly trained and updated in industry specific technology and in clients processes,

applications/ utilities and products.

* Maintain high level of technical expertise, soft-skills and phone etiquette skills

* Awareness on key metrics and targets



Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Good understanding of phone etiquettes - Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc. Ability to establish call control
  • Basis user level familiarity of Operating System (Windows, iOS & Andriod)
  • Basic Hardware & Networking; NIC, Modem
  • Strong customer service focus Active communication skills with ability to give clear instructions to the customer and prioritize customers needs.
  • Verbal skills Articulate, clear and friendly tone with a neutral accent
  • Written communication skills Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
  • Typing skills (30WPM / 85% accuracy)
  • Good Spoken English with Neutral Accent (with No MTI)
