Introduction

The Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) conducts various recruitment examinations to select qualified candidates for government positions. The Computer Operator – KIRTADS exam, held on 14th July 2015, was one such test designed to assess candidates' proficiency in computer operations, general knowledge, and reasoning skills.

This exam was conducted under the paper code 132/2015 and was specifically for recruitment to the Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS).

Exam Structure and Pattern

The Computer Operator – KIRTADS exam followed the standard Kerala PSC pattern, consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The paper tested the candidates in the following key areas:

4. Mental Ability & Logical Reasoning

• Number series and coding-decoding
• Blood relations and seating arrangements
• Direction sense and puzzles
• Data interpretation
• Analytical reasoning
